Facebook changes aim to make brands more like human users

Facebook is making changes it hopes will please advertisers and boost ad revenue, but some watchers are worried consumers won’t like the changes. First up — the social-media site is doing away with the “become a fan” option. Instead, users will have the option of clicking “like” when they see a particular brand message that appeals to them.
